Kids, Cops & Community
In 2016 PAL partnered with over 21 local schools to serve 2,500 youth and teens in Clark County. A troubling population of these youth face real challenges on a daily basis. This is why the Police Activities League is passionately helping them overcome these obstacles, make good choices and have a better tomorrow. Let us show you how we do it.
Every One Counts
PAL is building a better future. By connecting kids, cops, and the community, PAL facilitates a new dialogue with the next generation. We challenge presumptions and promote mentorship—and through this simple connection between real people, lives are changed. There are powerful results when Every One Counts.

How PAL Works
Program Philosophy
The Police Activities League is a community organization focused on making a positive impact on the lives of "at-risk" youth in our community. The key to change for these children and their families is to provide those character building qualities that help encourage quality character and positive development through our sports, academics and recreation/mentoring programs.
Initiatives
SPORTS
Sports build character and good lifelong habits in young people. Through sports leagues and teaching healthy habits, we foster healthy bodies and minds.
ACADEMICS
Learning to become an active member of society begins with literacy and educational opportunities. PAL has programs to address the needs of kids.
RECREATION + MENTORING
PAL has great selection of exciting and engaging recreation programs to target those needing positive leadership and use the opportunity to connect with them.
Outstanding Results
By connecting cops and kids through PAL programs, the community benefits as well as the youth. The National PAL organization provides numbers indicating the positive impact our programs have made on the lives of youth in our community
Drop in Crime
Reduction of juvenile-related crimes and victimizations.
Reduction in Juvenile Arrests

Fewer Crime Victims
