Bailey joined PAL as a Program Coordinator in December 2022. She is excited to be a part of a team that contributes to promoting positive relationships between youth and law enforcement.
She grew up in Clark County and graduated from Columbia River High School. She graduated from Boise State University with a degree in Communications and a certificate in Innovation Design: Emerging Applications.
Bailey comes from a background working with both youth and nonprofit organizations. She interned with Jesse Tree of Idaho as a Social Media & Marketing Intern working to educate people about homelessness and eviction rates in the treasure valley. Bailey has also worked and volunteered with several other local SW Washington nonprofits such as Share, Friends of the Children, Santa’s Posse, and more!
For fun Bailey loves to spend time outdoors hiking, camping, or visiting national parks! One fun fact about Bailey is that she wants to see all of US National Parks and visit all 50 states before she dies. She also has a year old Australian Shepherd named Milo who is her pride and joy.
