The Police Activities League of SW Washington is a youth development non-profit that partners with law enforcement agencies to promote positive relationships between law enforcement officers and youth in the community through educational programs and recreational opportunities. PAL believes that it can help reduce the juvenile crime rates in Southwest Washington by empowering our youth to make responsible life choices. PAL offers many at-risk children with year-round programs and special events that foster teamwork, enforce citizenship, and provide the opportunities to work with law enforcement officers and caring adult mentors.

Opportunities to Join PALExecutive Director - Full Time, Exempt
The Police Activities League of SW Washington (PAL of SWWA) seeks an experienced, engaging, and visionary Executive Director to join our growing team. The Executive Director champions our mission of building positive relationships between law enforcement and youth through community-based educational and recreational programs. PAL empowers young people to make life enriching choices resulting in decreased local juvenile crime rates.
The Executive Director serves as the leader and visionary for the Police Activities League of SW Washington. The position holder will provide leadership to a team of four including three Program Coordinators and the Director of Development. This position is located in Vancouver, WA.

Summer Recreation Assistant - temporary, summer job
We are starting to recruit folx to join our summer camp staff. The position will begin June 21st and applicants must at least 16 years old. Interviews for this position will start in Mid-April and will be filled as quickly as possible, so get your application in early.
