    Program Committee

    Typical Meeting Time:
    Varies depending on officer schedules

    Committee Functions

    • Work with Executive Director to develop programs
    • Recruit police officers and volunteers to assist with programs
    • Oversee marketing and public relations for programs
    • Evaluate program effectiveness
    Resource Development Committee

    Typical Meeting Time:
    1st Thursday at 4pm at Latte Da Coffeehouse

    Committee Functions

    • Fundraising plan
    • Special events
    • Assist with investigating foundations and preparing grant applications
    • Develop and advance corporate funding
    • Oversee development of donor database
    Board Development Committee

    Typical Meeting Time:
    1st Thursday of the month at 11:30am at Starbucks by Orchards Market Center

    • Develop board member criteria
    • Develop recruiting, orientation, and training materials
    • Recruit potential members
    • Serve as nominating committee for board members and board officer positions
    • Provide orientation and training for board members
    • Oversee completion of background checks for potential board members
